Strange things: Halloween weekend

Halloween is almost here. Which led to a fun-filled weekend of food, birthday celebrations, Halloween parties, and a scary movie marathon.

Aside from all the fun, I finally got the chance to see the first episode of Stranger Things! Wow! What a great start to the second season. Alas, I can't wait to see the rest of the episodes. Speaking of Stranger Things, my friends threw an awesome Stranger Things viewing party. The house was decked out with Halloween decorations but the show-stopper was this cool backdrop as shown in the photo below!

First, casually spent my Friday evening watching scary movies. Saturday was excitingly fun. Attended a birthday celebration at Harry's Hofbrau dressed as Minnie Mouse, hanging out with friends and nibbling delicious prime rib with creamed spinach and country potatoes. After a short time, ended up at a friend's Halloween house party dressed as Gumby. My costume was a hit! Funny dance moves and meeting a ton of new faces.

Two days of a movie marathon, indulging on yummy food, three parties, and hanging out with friends, I'm excited to see posts of everyone's costumes for Halloween Day. Here's a few photos of my delicious weekend eats!

Leaving with one last note, how was your Halloween weekend? See any awesome DIY costumes for Halloween this year? If so, leave a comment or shoot me a message! Have a Happy Halloween!
